Senior Civil Engineer — Infrastructure

Arabtec Construction seeks a Senior Civil Engineer to oversee infrastructure projects across Abu Dhabi including road construction, drainage systems, and utility networks. You will manage site teams, coordinate with sub-contractors, and ensure all works are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.

You will prepare and review engineering drawings, conduct site inspections, manage material procurement, and liaise with client representatives and regulatory authorities including ADDC, AADC, and TRANSCO. Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, AASHTO, and AutoCAD is essential.

This is a leadership role requiring you to mentor junior engineers, manage up to 150 site workers, and represent the company in client meetings. Gulf experience is a must.
